Job Description

Job Location: HN, HCM

• As a member of the Recruitment Marketing & Branding team, you will closely team up with colleagues in the Talent Acquisition organization to identify marketing & branding challenges and find effective, innovative ways to attract tech talents, as well as create content for story-telling and ensure digital channels internally and externally are competitive and enticing.
• You will set campaigns and initiatives to strengthen the overall awareness of FPT Software as a tech employer. You will share our FPT and FPT Software story – who we are, the journey we are on and which ambition we are building – in the best possible way.

What you will do:
• Align with Company EVP, Core Value to implement and execute some Employer Branding activities.
• Plan, arrange and execute recruitment marketing campaigns and events from conception to implementation.
• Assist with identifying employee stories, conceptualizing videos & produce shoots to build a content library.
• Define and analyze paid, owned and organic metrics and use that data to tell success stories and build best practices for future recruitment marketing strategies.
• Create engaging job descriptions.
• Conduct well-organized activation planning and collaboration with the Workforce & Marketing team to ensure valuable and insightful messages.
• Assist in planning for and managing events for tech talents.
• Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement.
• Evaluate and launch new and emerging recruitment channels, tools and marketing outreach strategies

Job Qualification
• 2 – 3 years experiences in Marketing, Employer Branding or other creative fields.
• Know how to develop digital campaigns for social media and other digital interfaces for recruitment marketing and associated events
• Experience with planning and, organizing recruitment/university engagement events, webinars, workshops, company events…
• Strong ability to integrate business needs into creative marketing campaigns and event activations
• Multitasking, creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
• Be proactive and creative on social media, internal communication platforms…
