SMS focuses on maximizing the efficiency of factory operation and manufacturing companies, which helps factory and manufacturing companies improve productivity, optimize cost, and making the best benefit for the enterprise.

The business Consultant team is responsible for providing solutions to new & existing corporate customers on Manufacturing Executing System and bespoke solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional with strong business consultant skills to join and add value to a dedicated and friendly team.

Job Description

To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated before producing a solution:

• Provide business solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
• Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders.
• Support the definition of processes and policies, supply business rules and procedures, and communicate the contexts in which the rules, processes, and policies are applied.
• Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products.
• Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.
• Sell business solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm Provide accurate and timely management. information, to include – activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI’s.
• To assume responsibility for running a bid team, where relevant Interface with the implementation/project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure a smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.

Job Qualification

• Have knowledge of MES/MOM factory operation, supply chain management for manufacturing.
• Have the ability in assisting in the development of business cases for SMS deployments.
• Understand requisite knowledge that underlies effective decision-making and have the ability to describe where anomalies or flaws may occur in the decision-making for the business.
• Can create documentation, including project engineering notes, project proposals, project design traceability documentation, case studies, and more.
• Can analyze needs for SMS customizations and gather new requirements for interfaces and SMS customizations
• Good communication and presentation skills are a must.
