Senior Software Engineer/Bridge Software Engineer (for E-Commerce projects)

Job Description

FPT Korea is a legal entity in Korea of FPT Software, a leading IT corporation in Vietnam, providing software outsourcing services for Korean companies. FPT Korea is looking for Senior Software Engineer/Bridge Software Engineer for E-Commerce projects. You will work as both senior engineer and onsite (customer site) project leader, who will have development team in Vietnam discuss and resolve both technical and management issues with our customers. Requirements is as below:

Job Description

Working site: FPT office and customer site in Seoul, Korea

Working duty

• Communicate directly with customer to discuss and negotiate about development plan, design, technical issues…
• Transfer customer requirements to development team in Vietnam
• Support development team in Vietnam to discuss with customer about project issues
• Support development team in Vietnam handle technical issues.
• Review products (document, source code) of team before release to customer
• Join development tasks (design, implement code, test…)

• Customer facing experience
• Work in group ability
• Good in English communication
• Good in Korean communication

1. Enterprise Architect

• Able to lead and manage group of architect in enterprise systems
• Able to do assessment and gap analysis, evaluate design, compliance, review, conduct trade-off analysis, research, planing, and provide improvement to customer
• Experience in system architect especially private cloud & government systems

2. Business Architect

• Develop a business architecture based on a situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations.
• Able to suggest, consult improvement / process optimization during digitization process
• Capture the entire business processes via breakdown into smaller process blueprints & modelings
• Experience in Education industry & public education systems

3. Integration Architect

• Understand business requirement and align with enterprise strategy to research, adopt, build and manage integration aspects from application to data
• Design core integration blueprint, design & verify data model, data flow & integration logic based on business scenarios with secured & high scalability
• Ensures that new projects and migrations are in alignment with the IT capital budget, project portfolio, integration patterns.

4. Technology Architect

• Designing the high-level structure of new technology solutions, including the emerging technologies that development teams may use with blueprint and hands-on support
• Understand business requirement to ensure the architect are well-designed, identify the possible roadblock,concern & advise/guide the engineering team with state of the art solutions
• Work close with other architect to ensure the development direction agreed with integration & infrastructure designed.
• No-technical debt proven architect

Others

• Graduated in Korean universities or foreign universities is a plus.
• Management skill is a plus (PMP, PSM certificate)
• Can work in high pressure environment, including overtime.
