Senior Tester – Signing Bonus Up to 25M – NO PROBATION

Job Description

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:

• Review project/product requirements and preparing test cases
• Execute manual tests on product/application usability
• Prepare test cases and test data
• Prepare and present test reports
• Participate in the review and analyze the project requirement to understand test objectives, provide input on the testability of requirements and estimation for the testing activities
• Develop the test plan, test strategy
• Assist in the planning, creation, and control of the test environment(s)
• Develop manual test cases and prioritize testing activities
• Execute all the manual test cases, performance tests, and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect
• Ensure that all tested related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science,related fields or commensurate work experience.
• At least 2.5 years + of experience with web application testing
• Sound knowledge on Blackbox testing
• Understanding of manual, performance testing – expertise in manual test tools and frameworks
• Must have functional and non-functional testing experience
• Log defects and track to closure, working with development teams to establish defect validity, cause, and retesting as required
• Develop test plans/ test cases and estimates for assigned effort
• Understanding of non-functional testing and experience in performance testing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment
• To have knowledge and experience in Automation test is plus
