Job Description

  • We are looking for an IT service professional with customer and service orientation and proven working experience. Service Delivery Manager’s duty is to facilitate the planning, timely execution, and delivery of all relevant projects, on budget and within scope, in accordance with business priorities. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for internal communication on a business and operational level.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Account Development: Investigating new opportunities, developing customer relationship, supporting pre-sales process, and preparing project proposals
  • Project Management: Responsible for process standards and driving them forward in existing and future projects, ensuring the management and control of service level agreements, organizing regular service review meetings with customers, and tracking improvement activities of key customers
  • HR Management: Resource planning, training PM and onsite members about project management, management of timesheet and overtime plan
  • Financial Management: Controlling expense and productivity of Project/Account compared with budget, revenue analyses and forecast, profitability, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and monitoring receivables for projects

Job Qualification

  • At least 5-year experience in the IT industry, experiences in project management are preferable
  • Very good proficiency in English, German is a plus
  • Broad business knowledge including Administration, Marketing, and Finance
  • In depth understanding of project management concepts
  • IT background is preferable
  • Excellent project management, organization, and team collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook)
