Job Description
• Driving Content Hub implementations of our solution and evaluations, working hands-on with our team.
• Involved in discussion and design of our software architecture with a motivated and experienced team
• Maintaining a working environment with a clear technological vision and future-oriented development approach
• Help customers meet their technology and business requirements
• Understand, quantify and verify the business needs of customers and their specific use cases
• Use customer feedback and insights to improve product materials, technical best practice and technical materials, while providing feedback to Product Management teams
Job Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• Working with Sitecore XP/XM/XC, Content Hub and solutions leveraging headless services a plus
• Having knowledge or hand-on with new products of Sitecore is big plus (OrderCloud/Boxever)
• Ability to interpret user requirements and translate them into an implementation and customization strategy
• Ability to cross over between business users on both the functional level and the technology level
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
• High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
