Software Team Leader – Up to $2500 – NO PROBATION

Job Description

• Lead software project team to design, develop and validate software product for gateway/connectivity product line;
• Planning software development activity, including software resource estimation, schedule planning, requirement analysis, risk management, issue management, software testing, software delivery etc.
• Host software project team daily/weekly/monthly project meeting;
• Ensure software delivery on time and quality according to customer requirement.
• Ensure all SW development activity compliant to Lear SSE development process;
• Maintain good communication with cross-function teams to ensure all software development activity meet project strategy.

Job Qualification
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer and science;
• More than 7 years of experience in automotive software development;
• Good English skills at speaking, reading and writing;
• Good process & quality sense for SW development;
• Capability of working independently;
• Good skills at C/C++ program language.
• Familiar with Ethernet, CAN, LIN, UDS is a plus
• Knowledge on Function safety or Security would be a plus;
