Job Overview
• We are seeking for Senior Solution Architect with proven high-level expertise in driving Software Development to expand our business globally.
• Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in software development projects. Proficiency in English or Japanese is required.
Responsibilities
• Provide ongoing continuous delivery enhancements as defined by the Client delivery team.
• Follow engineering and user experience patterns prescribed by the Client delivery team
• Lead technical engagement & collaborate with project teams on business requirements, analysis, design, development, and testing of the applications in support of business solutions.
• Strong ability to analyze functional needs and drive the design for positive business outcomes; recommends solutions that are aligned with business / IT strategies and comply with corporate architectural standards
• Play an architecture role in re-designing critical services & performance improvements
• Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
• Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
• Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP, including proposal composing and presenting.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop comprehensive and innovative solutions that address client needs.
• Create and present proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
• Assist in developing sales collateral, case studies, and other materials to support business development efforts.
Job Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in software development projects as a Software Engineer, more than 3 years working in a Solution architecture role with Java/.NET/ JS/ Cloud (AWS/Azure)
• At least 1 -2 years of experience in presales, bidding in IT projects
•Program Language: Full Stack Development including Java Spring, Spring boot, React, ReactJS, Angular.
• Fluently in English or Japanese communication.
• Proven experience in presales, business development, or sales roles within the IT outsourcing industry.
• Familiarity with IT outsourcing services, including software development, application maintenance, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure management.
• Understanding of emerging technologies and their business implications.
• Possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Have strong presentation skills
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
