We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement innovative technology solutions that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for defining the overall architecture, ensuring system scalability, and guiding technical teams to achieve high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements and ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and development teams, to translate business needs into technical architectures.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms for the project.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Oversee the integration of different systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and performance optimizations.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Requirements:
- Strong English proficiency (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with global teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture, solution design, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Background in retail, fintech, banking, or enterprise applications is a plus.
