JOB OVERVIEW
• We are seeking an AI expert adept at solving business problems with automation, GenAI, and agentic solutions. We are a Microsoft shop, focusing on Power Platform (low code) solutions. The right candidate will have extensive knowledge of AI and automation in general, with a deep knowledge of Microsoft AI tools including Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry, and a proven track record of applying creativity and AI technologies to solve business problems.
• This position will require the ability to work with BAs and directly with business leaders and project stakeholders to define business needs, use your AI/automation skills and creativity to envision solutions, and work with near shore and offshore developers to design and implement those solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work within the Enterprise Microsoft AI COE organization, alongside the Low Code COE team, as the technical leader to develop governance, patterns, and best practices
• Be the subject matter expertise on Microsoft AI solutions to provide the team with creative solutioning, practical guidance, understanding of capabilities and limitations, proof of concept direction, as well as ownership of the technical aspects of the Enterprise Microsoft AI COE
• Ability to listen to enterprise customer needs, envision, and design comprehensive AI-driven solutions.
• Technical SDLC oversight of AI-driven solutions including estimating project costs, operating and consumption costs related to licensing, timeline, planning, and roll out
• Serve as project liaison to the business team, project escalation, and delivery lead for multiple projects
• Work directly with customers to analyze business requirements and translate them into new application features.
• Demonstrate business value of AI-driven low code/no code applications, agents, and automations.
• Demonstrate solutions by creating documentation, proofs of concept, and communicating with stakeholders and technical teams to envision solutions and features.

REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
• General GenAI knowledge and practical application experience, not necessarily specific to only Microsoft-based solutions
• Demonstrate deep technical knowledge and experience with chatbot/virtual agent development with Power Virtual Agents, and Copilot Studio
• Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of Power Automate related to automations and Power Automate Desktop RPA solutions
• Well-rounded Office 365 / Microsoft focused technologist not only with Microsoft Power Platforms but also including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
• Experience automating business processes with Power Automate leveraging SharePoint, Dataverse, as well as third-party APIs and custom connectors
• Knowledge of Power Platform SDLC and ALM best practices in an enterprise environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects within the constraints of timelines and budgets within a given client portfolio
• Ability to work in the Pacific time zone

Nice to have:
• Microsoft Power Platform exam certifications.
• UI or UX design experience.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
