Responsibilities
Develop system architecture strategy:
• Develop and manage the overall architecture for the company’s information systems, including e-commerce platforms, CRM, ERP, OMS and other supporting systems.
• Provide technical direction and ensure that solutions are developed in line with business objectives.
Design technology solutions:
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
• Select appropriate technologies, tools and platforms to implement the system.
• Design application, data and infrastructure architecture to ensure scalability, performance and security.
Support system development and deployment:
• Work closely with development teams to monitor implementation according to the architectural design.
• Ensure integration between systems and handle technical issues that arise.
• Develop development documentation and processes.
Managing and optimizing the current system:
• Building automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Supporting training and team development:
• Training technical teams on new architectural and technology standards.
• Orienting and improving the capacity of the system development team.
Job Qualifications
Technical Requirements
• Java Full-Stack + DevOps
• Java core (at the level of understanding the components and execution in Java)
• SpringBoot (above the usage level. know the components and can customize)
• Oracle Database (need above the usage level. understand the structure, optimize SQL and monitor)
• Middleware (at the level of understanding the structure, operating Java Program Monitoring, Solr/Elasticsearch, Tomcat, Apache, Nginx, Load Balance. etc.
• Network (at the basic level TCP/IP, SSL, Proxy, VPN)
Professional Skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture or related roles.
• Can Custom Framework, understand the principles of Database operation
• Understand network diagrams and principles of protocols used
• Experience in deploying and integrating CRM, ERP, e-commerce, OMS systems or similar platforms.
• Understanding of modern technologies such as microservices, cloud computing, big data, and DevOps.
• Ability to analyze and optimize complex systems.
Soft skills
• Ability to learn and master operating principles rather than learn and follow.
• Good communication and presentation skills, able to work with both technical teams and business leaders.
• Strategic thinking and ability to solve problems quickly.
Priority
• Experience working in the functional food, retail or e-commerce industry.
• Have relevant certification such as AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
