Senior Engineer (Mechanical)

Job Description

What You Will Do

•     Develop product concepts and design automotive audio product.  Create 3D models, assembly drawings and component drawings of product design.

•     Conduct FEA and thermal simulation, stack-up analysis, build prototype, conduct design verification and do DFMEA and lessons learn process. Develops plans to validate the robustness of product designs.

•     Develop solutions under consideration offunctional, performance, production and economic standpoints within the scopeof specified concepts.

•     Technical support for global RFI/Q,platform and customer projects.

•     Follow PLM design cycle for gate review,change management

Job Qualification

•     Bachelor’s Degree

•     2+ years of Mechanical design for complex Products

•     Be familiar with Plastics Parts design;

•     Familiar with design tools, such as CATIA, Solidworks, UG, Pro-E and etc.

•     Good in Verbal and written communication skills

•     DFMEA or DRBFM process or TS16949/APQP process

•     Ability to work effectively within amatrix environment

Nice to Have

•     Proper drafting, dimensioning and tolerance techniques, including GD&T.

•     Simulation tools like ANSYS is preferred.

•     Modeling Flow & Tooling design background preferred.

•     From automotive industry with engineering background preferred.
