Job Description

• Build up and manage Strategy Unit (FSU) for Japan market, size 200-300 members
• Responsible for sales, bidding the projects and support Account Managers (Salesmen) in the pre-sale operations as estimation, proposal, …
• Responsible for the operation management (resource, schedule, quality, customer communication…) of the projects.
• Develop and manage human resource of the unit, build up and coaching project managers, key persons
• Develops the software projects for the big customers, especially Japanese customers

Job Qualification
• Native Japanese, have network relationship with Japanese Customer & Japan Company
• Over 5 years of experience in software development.
• Have sales experience with Japanese customers
• Good experience in estimation and proposal and operation management for many kinds of outsourcing software projects
• Have experience in operation management of the software projects with big team size.
