JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking for SUBJECT MASTER EXPERT (SME)_ Banking/ Insurance Domain with proven high-level expertise in driving Software Development to expand our business globally.
Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in software development projects as a Solution Architect/Technical Leader/ PM/BA, refer in relating to SME position and At least 3 years of experience in the banking domain.
Work location: F-Town 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maximize customer value through segmentation insights and disciplined portfolio management
- Drive cross-selling and upstreaming by tailoring solutions to deepen client relationships
- Define and manage customer retention strategies including reactive retention and proactive retention programs.
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP, including proposal composing and presenting.
- Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop comprehensive and innovative solutions that address client needs
REQUIREMENTS
- 10 + years of experience in software development projects as a Solution Architect/Technical Leader/ PM/BA, refer in relating to SME position
- At least 3 years of experience in the Banking/ Insurance domain.
- Very good communication skills in English
- Proven experience in presales, business development, or sales roles within the IT outsourcing industry.
- Familiarity with IT outsourcing services, including software development, application maintenance, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure management.
- Understanding of emerging technologies and their business implications
- Possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Have strong presentation skills
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
