System Engineer – Signing Bonus Up to 20M – NO PROBATION

Job Description

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:

• Work closely with CUSTOMER to understand the operation & support requirements.
• Receiving and processing the tickets from L1 (local corporate personnel)
• User’s OS response (e.g. environment setting in Windows 10, inquiries on how to use, transfer to the person in charge of the action area, user feedback, etc.)
• Monitoring System and process all issue from system monitoring
• Escalating to L3
• Coordinate with CUSTOMER to troubleshoot and resolve any issue related to the system within the committed SLA, including misconfiguration/corruption of system services.
• Environment: Citrix, Azure, uCloud, CTOZ, OS, MS Office, Web browser,…
• Working Hours: 13h-23h

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience:

• College graduated or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields
• To have experience working as an system engineer, IT infra or experience in a similar roles.
• To have experience working on windows virtual machine environment and related programs like OS, MS office, Browsers, …
• To have experience in system troubleshooting, user feedback is plus
• To have knowledge about Citrix, VM Ware, Azure cloud is plus
• Good technical understanding of application development approaches and technology is plus
• Basic in English (Can communicate directly with Customer in basic cases
