Job Description
- Answer customer query and complete related risk assessment related to the SmartAmp and Haptic device.
- Support the SmartAmp and Haptic device driver integration and algo porting, as part of matrix organization work alongside architects, engineers, designers and tests in multiple locations as needed to help integrate and productize the solution
- Debug and triage driver related issues:
- Narrow down and find the key component which cause the issue, as more as possible to find out root cause
- Narrow down the duplication methodology for the hard duplicated issues
- Cowork with other sites to get the issue clarification, keep good communication to customer for root cause, fix plan, debugging progress update, etc.
Qualifications:
- Good team work and communication, good self-learning spirit
- Strong expertise in C/C++ with good programming skills
- Good knowledge for Linux driver and debugging
- Master architecture of ALSA, understanding Linux driver development and publish process
- Strong knowledge on Audio related knowledge including speakers, AEC, Audio pre-processing, post-processing
- Bachelor Degree above is required
- Ability to relocated to Shenzhen/Shanghai
- It would be better if having 5~7 years or above experience on Linux driver.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Python, batch, shell
- Experience with RTOS or bare-metal embedded development is a plus
- Experience working in Microsoft Visual Studio
