Team Leader – NO PROBATION

Job Description

As a Team Leader, your typical day might include the following:
• Analyze business & technical requirements.
• Propose a technical solution, design.
• Implement features concerning the design & coding best practices.
• Solve technical challenges.
• Support members on FE & BE tasks
• Review code for members.
• Motivate and train team members on project-related technologies.
• Assign and track tasks, measure progress and ensure quality.
• Work with projects stakeholders to remove impediments.
• Coach development team on Agile Development practices.
• Follow Agile/Scrum throughout the development process.

The Job Might Be for You If You Have:
• Solid background in OOP, Object Oriented Design Principle, Design Pattern, CI/CD process, RESTful APIs development.
• Hands-on experience in full-stack development using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Oracle/MySQL, React/Angular, Apache Camel/Apigee/Kong, Velocity/Thymeleaft, Freemarker, Maven.
• Microservice applications development experience.
• Containerization experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
• Clean code mindset & good problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to quality and timeline of deliverables.
• Team leading experience.
• Ability to communicate with customers in English well.
• Good at Agile/Scrum development methodology.

IT Would Be Great If You Had The Following Experiences:
• Banking application development.
• Integration with Payment Gateway, SMS Gateway, Email SMTP, Push Notification, Messaging Queue.
• Proposing architecture design & technical.
• Writing technical documents such as API specification, High-level design, Component design, Detail design.
• Translating business requirement to technical requirement
