Team Leader

Job Description

• Analyze requirements, propose and present technical solution
• Lead a team 4-5 member
• Working as a member of the Development Team
• Coding main/key feature/User story and common Lib/Function
• Support the team
• Review code
• Be involved in client meeting if needed
• Help the team to manage tasks and status of tasks.
• Monitor and facilitate the team to address internal issues/impediments
• Raising issues/impediments of the team to PM
• Report to PM

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience

• Java : >5 years o ReactJS : > 3 years
• Strong skills in development tools: Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Bitbucket/GitHub, Jira
• Proficient with HTML/CSS/Javascript cross-browser
• Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies Ready, write: Good Listen, Speak: Good

Nice to have:

• Problem sovling
• Presentation : audience can understand clealy
• Good interactive communication o Basic Leadership skill for a small teams
• Basic Management skills for a small team
• Develop IDE Tools
• three.js
