Workplace: Irvine, CA OR Atlanta, GA OR Long Island, NY
Responsibilities:
•Be representative of company for delivery activities of software development projects
•Define and manage working process, model between client, onsite, offshore team
•Transfer and manage project scope, requirement; deliverables; acceptance criteria… to onsite and offshore team
•Communicate directly with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction with assigned resources and project progress
•Be responsible for coordinating interaction between the offshore team, other departments and clients to solve issue/problem in project.
•Organize committee meetings with onsite-offshore-customer.
•Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise onsite members and contractor.
•Define/Review improvement plan, tracking improvement activities of customers.
•Define resource plan; manage short/long term resource.
•Escalate to higher management level to predict risk and solve issues if out of control.
Job Qualification
•8+ years of experience with software development management, working with a blended team structure including onshore-offshore model.
•IT background and experience in.
•Java based web app development and AWS Cloud technologies.
•OR .Net technologies and AWS OR Azure.
•Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.
•Extensive experience with Scaled Agile methodology.
•Proven oral and written communication skills.
•Excellent business presentation skills.
•Excellent analytical skills.
•Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
