JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our team for a high-impact banking project with Global Clients. This is your opportunity to work on cutting-edge financial technologies and contribute to the stability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Presales Engagements, where you will drive technical proposals, solution architecture, and cross-functional collaboration with sales teams.
2. AI for Engineering Productivity, where you will manage AI-based projects and tools that enhance the productivity of engineering teams (e.g., Copilot, code analyzers, auto testing).
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.

Common Responsibilities (Both Tracks)
• Own end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery and closure.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Sales, Product, AI CoE, QA, etc.).
• Monitor and control project scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Track KPIs, prepare executive updates, and mitigate risks proactively.
• Ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
• Manage technical documentation and process standardization.

Track A: Presales-Focused TPM
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into winning proposals.
• Develop solution architecture in coordination with Solution Architects and SMEs.
• Drive RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, and pricing coordination.
• Lead customer presentations and demos, highlighting technical capabilities and delivery model.
• Build and maintain reusable case studies, proposal templates, and capability decks.

Track B: AI for Engineering Productivity TPM
• Partner with engineering leaders to identify pain points and productivity gaps.
• Manage AI-driven initiatives (e.g., GenAI-based tools, code reviews, smart documentation, test automation).
• Drive experimentation and pilot rollouts, gathering feedback and iterating quickly.
• Define success metrics (e.g., reduced dev time, improved code quality) and measure ROI of implemented AI tools.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or solution architecture.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred (Based on Track)
Presales Track
• Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and working with enterprise sales teams.
• Knowledge of software estimation models and commercial pricing.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, especially in IT services.

AI Productivity Track
• Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, ML Ops, or AI tools in software development.
• Hands-on experience with AI/DevOps productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer, SonarQube, Test Generation tools).
• Technical understanding of software engineering workflows and development environments.

Soft Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
