Job Description

  • You will be involved in product development oversight aimed at sustaining the Bank’s competitive.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of the building Banking Domain for FSG
  • Be an integration expert and solve business problems through technology
  • Provide technical direction within a team and influence the directions of outside vendors
  • Continuous desire to learn new things and embrace latest technologies

Job Qualifications

Technical skills:

  • Understanding of architectural patterns (SOA, WOA, ESB, Micro Services, etc
  • Understanding of architectural the bank’s integration layer including, but not limited to;
  • Finance,
  • HR,
  • Payroll Application,
  • CRM,
  • Workflow,
  • Document management solution,
  • Office 365,
  • Core Banking platform,
  • Other Line of Business solutions
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (e.g. EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Aurora, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
  • Strong with API Management: KONG, Mulesoft, W2O, etc

Required Experience

  • Business/Master’s degree with a major in Finance, Marketing and/or Economics.
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in banking, with proven relevant experience in sales/marketing background, where he/she is SME of Commercial/Corporate Banking.
  • Experience managing borrowing customers and analyzing financing proposals, especially for SME & Commercial Clients
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to build long term, high quality, and trusted relationships.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills as well as be an excellent communicator with ability to set and meet stretching targets and strict deadlines.
  • Result driven with a track record of demonstrable networking selling and influencing skills as well as ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Demonstrate solid awareness in operational risk and quality in driving service excellence.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
