Job Description
  • Handle Testing part of department, distribute testers between suitable projects in department
  • Interview candidates for suitable tester positions
  • Review test technical & guide/train lower level testers to complete their jobs/reach to higher test levels
  • Consultant to projects for Test domain
  • Join into proposal phase with BUL, PM which need testing knowledge, estimation
  • Review and analyze system specifications for validity and feasibility.
  • Make test strategy, test scenario if needed
  • Ensure projects’ quality in department
  • Plus: Suggest/propose how to level up members’ skills, improve productivity

Job Qualification

  • Many years (~10 years) experience in Testing domain
  • English fluent in speaking, listening, writing & reading to communicate directly with Customer
  • Work with India and US customers, good English speaking and writing.
  • Familiar with Agile Modal and Scrum Framework, JIRA and Confluence tools.
  • Background in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in MS SQL database/API testing, performance testing, Postman tool.
  • Good at organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Have analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
  • Have ability to study/research new things quickly and efficiently.
  • Knowledge about Azure Performance Monitoring and deployment process are advantages (can be trained later).
