Job Description

Job Overview
The Training & Customer Success role will be a key member of the product team and will be responsible for ensuring our newly onboarded customers realize the value of our products quickly. You will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs using the customized capabilities developed specifically for each customer. You will build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences while learning our products. Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively.

• Manage customer onboarding, training, and product adoption to reduce churn and drive retention
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to improve training programs
• Maintain customer success metrics and usage data to improve customer experience and retention
• Lead product demonstrations for prospective customers
• Define and implement training programs and content
• Ensure fast customer time to value in using our digital products to drive business decisions

Job Qualification
• 2-3 years of experience in training, communications, sales or customer success
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
• Self-driven and proactive nature, active team player who can quickly adjust priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
• Knowledge of customer success processes and metrics
• Experience in content, marketing material or documentation creation
• Patient and active listener with passion for service
