Training Officer

Job Description

Providing support to internal training programs within assigned site with specific responsibility:
• Create and implement marketing plan for training programs
• Take on role as MC for training events.
• Conduct English internal community: Internal English clubs/ forum, English contest, English internal sharing
• Assists employees and support trainer in a wide variety of internal training classes

Job Qualification
• Education: BA of English/ Communication or related fields.

Below experiences are plus points:
• Familiar with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
• Have ability to do multi-task and manage time effectively
• Good computer and database skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• TOEIC score of 700 or equivalent is a plus.
