Tậu xe, mua nhà? Chỉ là chuyện nhỏ với hỗ trợ 4% lãi vay từ FPT Software
Từ ngày 1/8/2021, ứng viên senior đồng ý ký hợp đồng làm việc với FPT Software Việt Nam sẽ được công ty hỗ trợ 4% lãi suất khi vay tiền Ngân hàng cho các mục đích mua nhà, mua đất, xây nhà, tu sửa nhà hoặc mua ô tô.
Theo đó, CBNV ký hợp đồng chính thức từ 1/8/2021 có 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên sẽ được hưởng đãi ngộ đặc biệt này. Khoản vay tối đa của CBNV được hỗ trợ lãi suất 4% tương ứng với các gói thu nhập, lên tới 2 tỷ đồng.
Công ty hỗ trợ lãi suất 4%/năm trên dư nợ giảm dần, được xác định tại thời điểm bắt đầu được hỗ trợ tiền lãi suất và vào ngày 01/01 hàng năm của các năm dương lịch tiếp sau thời điểm bắt đầu.
Thời gian hỗ trợ tối đa là 4 năm, trong đó:
- 2 năm đầu: Kể từ ngày ký hợp đồng, FSOFT sẽ hỗ trợ trả 4% lãi suất trong thời gian tối đa 2 năm hoặc cho đến thời điểm vay tự động kết thúc theo hồ sơ tín dụng mà CBNV đã ký với Ngân hàng, tùy thuộc thời điểm nào đến trước.
- 2 năm tiếp theo: Sau thời gian hỗ trợ lãi suất tối đa của chương trình nói trên, nếu CBNV có nhu cầu muốn tiếp tục được hỗ trợ lãi suất, FSOFT sẽ xem xét gia hạn thời gian hỗ trợ lãi suất cho CBNV thêm tối đa 24 tháng. Việc xem xét sẽ được thực hiện theo Quy định Hỗ trợ lãi suất của công ty.
Yêu cầu: Ứng viên cần có trên 3 năm kinh nghiệm và cần cam kết làm việc tại các đơn vị FSOFT ở Việt Nam trong vòng 02 năm.
Lưu ý: Mức hỗ trợ lãi suất sẽ được công ty sẽ chi trả trực tiếp vào thu nhập hàng tháng cho CBNV theo Quy định về Hỗ trợ lãi suất của công ty. Chương trình sẽ kéo dài đến khi tổng số CBNV đáp ứng các yêu cầu hưởng ưu đãi đạt 54 nhân sự.
